About the lesson

My teaching method is very much rooted in the mentor/mentee relationship. I am simply a couple of years removed from my students and base my tutelage on the current standing and experiences of high school students preparing for college success. Just two years ago I was in your shoes, scrambling to get into my dream college and then figure out how to pay for it as well. I will be an inside guide into the inner workings of the college admissions process, helping 9-12th grade students cultivate and execute a plan unique to their college and career plans. My lesson plans are tailored to each student, considering their year in school, college plans, and background.

I am a sophomore double-majoring in Cognitive Studies and Educational Studies at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. I am an FGLI student originally from Naples, FL who navigated the college prep and application process on my own.
