About the lesson

I start from the basics after watching film introduction. I teach an easy to learn style of boxing called the Shell. It includes shoulder rolls, slipping and countering immediately, tap and counter immediately, block and counter pull and counter immediately.

I am a former world ranked Amateur and Professional boxer now Coach/trainer. I've been training boxers since the late 80's. Have made champions in the ring and champions in LIFE! Multiple amateur champions and very disciplined young men and women.
