About the lesson

My classes focus on the foundations of the Chinese language so beginners will be encouraged to learn the basics before proceeding onto more advanced vocabulary and grammar. My main focuses will be Pinyin, tones, basic vocabulary, and basic sentence structure. If there are any special requests with what the student wants to learn, please let me know.

About Ariel

I am a student at Rutgers University and I am of Chinese descent. I have personally been learning Mandarin Chinese for 10+ years in both private and public school settings. I received A's in all of my Chinese classes throughout high school as well as received college credit for my AP Chinese test. I have a lot of experience as a Chinese language student as I attended a private Chinese language school as well as participated in the Chinese language curriculum during high school.
