About the lesson
My teaching style is based on positive reinforcement, person specific feedback and discussion and setting and achieving small goals that add up to the big dream. I believe guided discovery is the most efficient way to help students get where they want to be. I strive to make an environment where students feel comfortable to make mistakes and grow from them, through support and reflection.

About Ramona
I have a bachelor's degree in English from U of Akron, with minors in creative writing and French. I am a highly qualified soccer coach as well, and have taught and coached on 3 different continents. I have worked with hundreds of youth and vulnerable adults from age 2 upwards in a variety of environments. I have a deep passion for educating and believe literacy is the key to obtaining knowledge and knowledge is very powerful.
