About the lesson

My teaching method is to help ignite our own power, which we all have from within. Bringing awareness back to the body by awakening the mind and cleansing the soul. With the aid of techniques such as breath work, vigorous vinyasa and ashtanga flows we will awaken the best and authentic version of you. Not only will these teachings help you ignite your own power as well as rejuvenate, but it will also relax the mind through pranayama and relaxing yin flows. These classes and journey which you will embark on, will have you feeling re-born and balance.

    1) What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

I have always been involved in sports. While growing up my stepdad used to play softball, so my siblings and I will always play amongst us.

When I was in Elementary School I joined their basketball team and during our P.E hour I enjoyed all the sports practiced. I used to run in our field days and on thanksgiving the schools did a turkey marathon and the top three runners would get a free turkey, I was always on the top three. When I got to Middle School I joined the volleyball team and I was the MVP of the team for the whole season. I have always been a team player and love sports. I also did and do Dance as a lifestyle. I dance in styles such as Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Ballroom, Hip Hop, etc.
