About the lesson

My teaching approach is responsive and experimental. My motivation is to foster and grow a student's individual imagination and creativity that is useful not only on an academic level but in navigating the world in one's own unique way. Some techniques I love to use, for example, is assigning various quick-writing prompts to get the words flowing and the student not only thinking but expressing his/herself.

About Cecilia

I am patient and approachable and I love learning and learning from others, too. I have experience tutoring ESL students as well as dynamic experience in the professional field of English. My past experience as research assistant, editor, and writer, along with my tutoring background and Master's-level education, will surely demonstrate the importance of succeeding in English and the Humanities at any level of education!
