College Student at San Jose City College, Teaches all forms of English composition and literature at a pace suitable for my partner -- Fun projects to connect with my students is a method I like to us

About the lesson

My lessons are for anyone Elementary to College level! I believe that connecting with my student on a basic level definitely helps their drive to learn! I want my student to know I care about their academic success and will help guide them in a way that works for them! Some people work visually and some work verbally, I want to know which way is best for my student so that we both can hone their skills to put use in real life. My typical lesson plan would usually be a brief introduction of their day and then we could start on whatever subject material they seem to struggle on -- from there I will help them retain what they learned by practicing subject akin to what they need to work on before having them look into small readings or even movies (free of cost) to solidify their understanding.

About Savannah

I am a College student attending SanJose City College for my bachelors and basic credentials in teaching! Once finished I will transfer to University of California, Santa Cruz to become a banana slug and continue my credentials in teaching.

My Dream in the future is to travel around the world and help teach students english, as a second language, and hopefully inspire those to use the skills I taught them to achieve a higher success than my own.

Besides school and teaching, Some of my hobbies are video games! I love Pokemon and Kirby! I enjoy binge watching shows with my family and often spend my time with my family.
