About the lesson
Hi Everyone! My name is Anna Sidorova and i am a Woman Fide Master of Chess. I teach beginner and intermediate level chess to 6-13-year-old children.
MY MAIN GOAL is to make the lesson not only USEFUL, but also INTERESTING & FUN! Because I know how kids can lose interest quickly!
Therefore, in addition to chess theory, we do a lot of fun exercises and play interesting and unusual chess games!!
I am enthusiastic, positive and motivating :) I love teaching chess to children who are passionate about the game & want to improve.
During the lessons, we use Skype and very convenient website lichess. Whis website allows the student to move chess pieces independently during the session, saving all the lesson material for completing homework.

About Anna
I started teaching in 2015. From 2015-2018 i worked in the Anatoly Karpov Chess Club, providing private and group sessions for begginers. Since 2018, I have been teaching online. In 2019 i became a Teacher-Psychologist by obtaining a Moscow State Pedagogical University.

Anna is a great coach with patience, responsibility and great communication skills. My 8-year-old son takes Anna's lesson online. She is a very nice person and always does her best to answer all of my questions, confusions very patiently and in time. My son loves Anna's lesson and is looking for the lesson every week. I feel lucky to know Anna and highly recommend her as a chess coach!
I really enjoy working with Anna. She taught me some great opening lines and showed me how to develop my visualization skills, which is something I never thought I would be able to improve on. Each lesson is good fun and I can definitely see myself improving over time. I highly recommend Anna as a coach!
