About the lesson

I encourage my students to approach every scene with questions and imagination. What does the character want? How are they going to get it? I always try explain how in life, when we want something, we have to come up with different tactics and approaches based off of what we would do as ourselves, and working from there. This helps to create more unique approaches and responses.
I believe that there are two components to acting: believing what you say as your character/ believing your backstory, and reacting to whatever is being said or done to your character- authentically.

About Hannah

Hello and welcome! My name is Hannah and I proudly hold a BFA in Acting. I am contractually theatrically and commercially represented. I am currently a host for two news networks- PopFuzion TV and Muse TV. I am a part time acting coach for John Casablancas, and I am a coach and operations manager at Barbizon of Manhattan (remotely).

I have been on many professional Hollywood sets-a few of the commercials that I have been featured in, include but are not limited to: Proactiv, Blissy, Il Makiage, Aerocare and Clarisma Beauty.

I have taught people and genders of all ages in acting, dance, and public speaking over the past decade, and it is my passion to dig and delve into who you are as an actor, a person, and above all, my biggest mission is to bring YOU to your character and the script.
